Head Barista & All Rounder: A wonderful position has opened up with us at Papaya Lennox, A staple local eatery. As our team is growing, we are on the hunt for some coffee slingers who have a passion for the perfect brew and a flair for friendly banter. We are a local run cafe in the heart of Lennox Head serving breakfast and Lunch, with a big emphasis on serving epic coffee. Experience with dose, timing and grind adjustment with confidence in latte art is a must. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled baristas who are friendly, customer-focused, and have a love for coffee and community.

Early starts and early finishes, leaving your afternoons and evenings free. Shift are 6:15am/ 2:30pm.

Minimum 8-month contract. Role includes but not exclusively. All facets of daily coffee operations. FOH experience. Maintaining a station. Cleaning and Restocking.
