Operations Manager Position for Luxury 4star Boutique Hotel, Sea Point & Three Anchor Bay, Atlantic Seaboard. Under the direction of the General Manager, and within the limits of the hotel’s policies and procedures, assists with overseeing and directing all aspects of Front Office operations, Housekeeping operations, HR procedures, Stock Control, Purchasing, F&B Outlets (Breakfast, Bar, Kitchen, Restaurant & Conferencing), Marketing, Maintenance, Training and all hotel operations. Also acts as General Manager in her absence. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability. Manage the daily functions of the business. Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes. Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed. Manage budget to align with goals of business
