Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school, Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Forklift Operator Certification, WHMIS Certificate, Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Specific Skills: Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment, Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers, Clean work areas and equipment, Perform other labouring and elemental activities
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver's licence, Public transportation is not available
