We are seeking for Tele caller cum Receptionist Walk in Interview
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and maintaining a visitor log sheet.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Direct prospects to the appropriate person.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and redirect calls as appropriate, and take adequate messages when required.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls.
Maintains tidy and well-organized reception area.
Monitor office cleaning on a daily basis.
Perform admin and accounting duties for the office as requested.
Requirements: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Customer service orientation. Excellent Typing Speed.
