Manage requests for documentation speaking with Vendors and projects.
Create the Final Documentation for the different projects of the company
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Draft ad-hoc reports on projects when required
Support the team in the shipping documentation preparation of general project documents.
