Experience: Min 10 years’experience and in-depth knowledge of: Leading and supervising site foreman and their teams. Formwork erection, including reinforcement, support work, etc. Structural concrete. Concrete product knowledge. Understanding structural / engineering / architectural drawings. Programme planning and progress management. Project management and logistic planning. Resource management. Materials, concrete and steel ordering. Management of all resources cost effectively. Knowledge of Labour legislation and OHSA. Able to work at heights.

Skills: Problem solving. Email / Excel / One Drive. Highly organized. Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and suppliers. Organizational and leadership skills. Team player and foreward thinker. Strong business ethics. Deadline driven.
