Position: Operations Manager

Requirements: Grade 12. Prisa Registered as Grade A OR B. Drivers License. A further education experience in security administration or similar field( Military, Police etc. Ability to perform all activities/ physical fit, proficiency in use of Microsoft office with a good working knowledge of Excel. Investigation techniques, management of contract security guards and incident management. Good leadership skills and experience. Ability to handle confidential information with care.

A minimum of 3-5 Year proven experience as a security manager or similar position of complex organization industrial or operational environment. A candidate must have a clear criminal record. Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of the appropriate security protocols. Ensure the safety of Management, Doctors, staff and patients within and around each of the hospitals. Conducting meetings of security nature at the hospitals on a structured and regular basis, engaging with management, staff and service providers.

Monitor the performance and adherence to service level agreements of the security officers stationed at the hospital and report to senior management daily. Ensure that Senior Management is immediately made aware of all security incidents that occur within the hospitals. Monthly salary with benefits: will be discussed if you are invited for an interview.
