Responsibilities: An executive coordinator often writes the letter herself and uses her own contact information;
While she acts as the right hand to her senior counterpart on daily tasks — from computer troubleshooting to logistics, the ideal executive coordinator also serves a managerial role in small-business organizations. She may write job descriptions, interview employees, write and edit business documents, facilitate meetings and plan and implement projects;
With experience in understanding and making commercial documents (such as project contracts, sales agreement, invoices, purchase orders and LC for trading companies;
Preparing presentations, company resume, order reports, etc.;
Scheduling and coordinating meetings;
Some domestic PA assistance may be required in addition to this role;

Good to excellent English proficiency is required (speaking and writing); Communication skills are key for an executive coordinator who must write and verbally communicate with customers, clients and other employees.
Confidentiality is even more important; An executive coordinator often assists the manager(s) to whom he/she reports and must be trusted. This trust should be proven in previous work experience and then further earned as his work progresses.
The candidate should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree (4-year course), with an average of 3 to 5 years of experience working directly for a senior manager.
Computer and Internet research savvy is a must; Proficient with MS Office Applications and Software.
