Bookkeeper Position, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane. A leading provider of hosted / cloud telephony contact centre and related solutions are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their Centurion team.

Responsibilities and Skills: Capture Invoices. Check Relevance of Invoices (Company name, VAT number etc.) Capture Credit Card transactions. General Finance queries and admin. Preparation of Daily bank Payments. Create PO’s. Check that outstanding PO’s are accurate. Upload invoices on Xero. Supplier Contracts – Filed in Finance office and saved in Dropbox folder. Ensure that all supplier invoices are billed correctly according to contracts. Creditor Recons – Print Ledgers and Upload payments. Responsible for Foreign Payments and Foreign Payments' Recon sheets. Responsible for Cell phone Recons Excel Sheet. End of month Credit Card Recons. VAT calculations and submissions. BEE reporting.

Minimum Requirements: A Degree and/or Qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field. At least 5 years' relevant professional experience. Demonstrable experience with accounting software.

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Have excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting/communication capabilities and demonstrate the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
