Site Foreman Position Port Elizabeth in the Waterproofing Industry

Job Requirements: MUST have minimum 3 years’ experience in waterproofing industry on residential and industrial roofs will be an advantage, Grade 12, Age between 35 – 55, Valid Driver’s License Code 08 and cell phone. Be computer literature. Good workman skills. Honest and trustworthy. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.

Must be able to do minor maintenance work on building. General building and roof knowledge and experience. Good health and be able to work on high roofs. Be able to do roof measurements and quotations. Supervising staff on site. Delegation tasks to relevant team members.
