The job requires a stay-in Caretaker at the residency. The candidate will manage a University students’ residency. You will primarily be responsible for day to day overall management of the facility, staff and the students. The company is based in Sunnyside, Pretoria.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office, with excellent EXCEL skills. QUICKBOOKS knowledge would be an added advantage, or an accounting background with knowledge of related software for reporting.
Responsibilities: General facilities management. Monthly building inspection. Office administration. Daily logistic and operations management. Accounts management. Weekly and Monthly reporting to the Executive management. Ensure COVID-19 regulations compliance and adherence for all staff, students and guests. Manage the Staff which comprises of housekeepers, security personnel, handyman, and an administrator. Ad-hoc duties.
