Storekeeper cum Driver, FERTILIZER COMPANY, Location: Dubai, Job Type: Employee, Job Status: Full Time, Shift: Evenings, Categories: Manufacturing & Production
Job Details:
1. IMPORT – a) to receive and inspect all incoming materials as per PO/ BL/ Invoice,
b) to prepare unloading report and to complete import shipment procedure during or after unloading,
c) to report damage/ shortage in materials received,
d) to inspect containers while receiving, opening and unloaded (to report if damage is noticed)
2 EXPORT – a) to ensure materials to be loaded is in order and in position for loading,
b) to prepare loading report and to complete export shipment procedure during or after unloading
c) to ensure containers for loading are in good condition (to report if damage is noticed)
3. To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials (raw and finished products).
4. To maintain proper records of raw materials and finished products.
5. Regular checking of stocks available.
6. To reserve a particular material for a specific job when required.
7. To issue materials to production only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists.
8. To maintain store area neat and in order
9. Have Forklift/Car/Bus license (preferred)
10. Any other matters management may assign
Requirements High School + over 2 years experience UAE Diving license (Car/Bus) Forklift license preferred
