Requirements: Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist (FDC)or similar role. Hand on experience with office equipment like printers, POS and ESP systems. Familiarity with processing transactions ( verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude. An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
