Job Description
Our client, a leading car dealership in Atlantic Canada, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in St. John’s Newfoundland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an industry leading state-of-the-art dealership that carries a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and overall commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers on a daily basis
• Following up with customers to let them know the status of their vehicle and the work that is being performed
• Recommending and selling maintenance repair services
• Completing service work orders and opening repair orders
• Booking customer appointments
• Meet monthly & yearly sales targets
• Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
• Following up on special order parts
Qualifications:
• A proven track record of exemplary customer service in a professional working environment
• Passion for the automotive industry
• A valid driver license with a clean driving abstract
• Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills essential to be successful in this role
• Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission would be considered an asset
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Experience in customer conflict resolution
