HR and Administrative Office Manager, Sandton, Johannesburg. A company based in Sandton is looking for a dynamic, disciplined and energetic HR & administrative office manager.
ADMIN: General administrative duties relating to operations of the company; Managing incoming calls, emails & filing Office housekeeping, staff notifications, ordering stationary Month end reports.
Human Resources: Managing employee files - ensuring contracts are correctly filled out and correct documentation handed in Recruitment of employees, posting job openings, screening CV's, contact prospects for interviews Capturing staff wages Manager leave registers & data for staff Legal compliance with labour related laws Monitor expiry dates of work permits & asylums of foreign national employees Requested updated work permits & asylum of foreign national employees.
Finance: Data capturing (invoices, purchase orders etc). Generate & distribute monthly customer invoices and statements. Processing of supplier invoices, credit notes and PODs, processing account and COD payments.
Other Requirements: Must currently reside in Johannesburg and within close proximity to sandton city. Will be required to work half day on Saturdays. Must have experience in using Pastel Sage. No less than 5 years experience in a similar role. Must be extremely organized.
Salary: R14 500.00 pm - based on previous experience
