Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing the sales process from start to finish, and acting as a single point of contact for potential customers.
Responsibilities: Qualify and develop new leads. Manage and progress sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle. Develop and deliver compelling presentations. Negotiate and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Track and report on sales performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within the logistics industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and other relevant sales tools. Degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
