Construction Labourer and Helper (General Construction)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $11.00 to $14.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario (1 vacancy)

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Type of Construction: Industrial, commercial and institutional
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Circular saws, Sledgehammers, Nail guns, Chainsaws
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist heavy equipment operators, Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Security and Safety: Bondable, Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves
