Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Prepare reports
