Candidates with 10+ years senior Restaurant management or food Retail experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a multi-division retail operation. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, product quality management and customer relations. Must have very strong people and time management skills. Looking for a high energy individual with the ability to multitask and who can work under pressure. Experience in merchandising beneficial. Strong communication skills required.
