Are you a superlative Executive Assistant, looking to support a portfolio of Senior Managers?

You will be based in fabulous state of the art offices in the City Centre, where the day will fly by with your many, varied and essential responsibilities.
Your typical day will encompass such things as organising complex back to back meetings with a wide range of people and organisations
You will be managing ever shifting priorities in extremely busy diaries, organising travel and dealing with all  expenses, as well as day-to-day communication with various vendors.
Another essential part of the role is managing all e-mail traffic, responding or redirecting as appropriate, so an excellent level of written English is a must.

For you to be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience as an EA within a professional, corporate environment.  You will  be able to demonstrate clearly your ability to prioritise and a proven ability to deal with people and situations with immense tact and diplomacy at all times.  MS skills must be advanced.  If you consider yourself to be a professional multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a strong ability to meet ever changing deadlines – this is the position for you.
