Our client, an innovative automotive company, is seeking a Finance Recruiter for an initial 3 month contract at its downtown Toronto office. Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a start-up division with a large U.S. backing.
You will execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, particularly for Finance roles such as Risk Analysts, Credit Analysts, Collection Officers and Fund Officers. This will consist of networking with qualified professionals via online and traditional methods, and qualifying candidates through recruiting calls. You will also be responsible for managing the ATS (Kenexa Brassring) and maintaining accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies and procedures.

    Must have 3-5 years of recruitment experience
    Must possess strong sourcing acumen and interviewing techniques
    Excellent communication and networking skills
    The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Finance recruiting experience considered a strong asset
    Previous experience utilizing Kenexa Brassring considered an asset
    Bilingualism in English/French is considered an asset
