Finance Manager, Location: Johannesburg CBD, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. TeamRecruit is looking for a Financial Manager who will be providing analysis, insight and input into the leadership of the business along with providing strategic financial guidance and plan for growth.

Key responsibilities will include: Budget tracking and cash flow forecasting. Debtor and creditor management. Provide weekly updates to the Chief Executive Officer and monthly dashboard reporting to the Leadership Team. Other financial administrative functions e.g. Banking, Accounts Payable, to ensure all payments are made accurately, on time and with all Bank accounts reconciled daily. Payroll; Month-end management; Tax obligations; Liaison with clients regarding invoicing, account queries and management of disputes.

Responsibility: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar or complementary role. A degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Exceptional leadership skills. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A dedicated person with a can-do attitude, willing to assist across all finance functions when required.
