Job Description: Receive and make calls to customers via an automated dialer. Negotiate on packages options available to customers. Handle complaints where necessary at initial stage. Ensure our systems are updated. Remain compliance at all times.

Experience and skills required: Previous call centre experience is an advantage. Strong customer service, compliant resolution and negotiation skills. Confident. Attention to detail.

You will be required to operate from home during the lock down. Necessary training will be provided via skype or whatsapp.
