Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Database software, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Arrange for billing for services, Issue receipts and other forms, Arrange for refunds and credits, Maintain records and statistics, Perform general office duties
