Vibes Events, 3 leading staffing agency in the UAE, based In Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for experienced personnel, in administrative position. Administration Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities: Handling client inquiries. Preparing accurate, elaborate quotations and responding to RF Ps following up on LPOs, legal agreements and payments from ients. Communicating project details to the Project Department. Preparing costing and invoices after the completion of the project. Preparing bank f government correspondence.

Competencies and Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Advanced computer skills (in-depth knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Outstanding customer services and follow-up skills. Head for numbers and good math skills. Extremely organized, precise and attentive to details. Ability to multitask ad be time-efficient. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.

Candidates for Administration Coordinator must have 54 years experience in handling major responsibilities for active companies in the UAE and the total package will be Dhs 7,000 to Dh510,000 PM. depending on experience and qualifications.
