Handle all visitors as well as walk-in customers in an appropriate manner Respond and direct phone calls as and when necessary Responsible for overall maintenance of the company and its offices Follow up on payments as well as other obligations Keep up good filing systems for smooth data recovery Manage all client databases Assist with petty cash allocation and management Conduct a wide range of administrative duties in the office such as managing the calendar, answering calls and managing correspondence.
