We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for our fun & fast-paced South Albury plumbing head office.  We are open to talking to individuals regardless of experience.  We are a team of 22 staff (5 in the office, and 17 on the field).

We have an outstanding culture at Tonkin Plumbing - we may be fun and fresh, but #hardwork and a great attitude is a minimum requirement here, above all.

To be considered for this role you will have the ability to demonstrate: Experience in customer service, and with answering phones OR a willingness to learn. Strong literacy, numeracy and typing skills. Strong problem solving ability. Ablility to learn quickly. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and using Apple computers/products OR a willingness to learn. A friendly and professional phone manner. Professional & tidy presentation. Drivers License (manual preferable but not essential). Two work related references, one personal reference. We encourage a wide range of applicants, including recent school leavers.
