Wanted: German Customer Service Hosts, City Centre, Cape Town. An established International Contact Centre; online gaming company in Cape Town CBD, is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team.
Key Performance Areas: Identify the needs of the end user. Answer Chats and respond to emails in the German language. Research required information using available resources. Manage and resolve player complaints. Provide customers with product and service information. Enter and update customer information. Identify and escalate priority issues. Follow up with customers regarding existing queries.

Essential requirements: Ability to speak/read/write in the German language. Completed Matric. Customer Service Experience. Own transport. Ability to work rotational shifts (seen below). Valid work permit/SA ID. Morning Shift: 06:00 to 14:00; 5 days on and 3 days off. Afternoon Shift: 14:00 to 22:00; 5 days on and 3 days off. Night Shift: 22:00 to 06:00; 5 days on and 4 days off.
