Customer Service Representative – Castlegar, Company: Ashton & Associates Recruiting Inc. Location: Castlegar, BC, Our client, a BC employer has retained us to recruit for a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Castlegar location.

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves successfully identifying customers needs and recommending products and services that best suit them.

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time; Effectively resolve all customer service issues; Achieve sales targets and goals; Positively represent the Company to all vendors and the general public; Keeps work area clean and orderly. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment; immediately reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the lead agent and/or manager; Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize branch productivity.

Your Skills: Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred; Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; The ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required; Able to multitask in a fast paced environment; Energetic and sales driven; Excellent communication skills; Passion for customer service; Strong computer skills.
