Job Responsibilities: Liaison with both media and non-media principals; publishers; retailers and merchandising service entities; Preparation and briefings of  in-store promotions; Preparations and briefings of in-store planograms; Giving feedback to principals and publisher on  the performance of product ranges within retailers; Tracking of stock and assessment of sales at retail level; Drive weekly stock orders and replenishments; Control in-bound and out-bound stock; Preparations and briefings on the reverse logistics process.

Educational / Skills / Other Requirements: Grade 12 or Equivalent; A diploma in Marketing or Business Administration would be  an advantage; Good track record of merchandising; SOPs; and principles of media and non-media products (DVDs, gaming; stationery; toys etc.); Good negotiation skills at principals; publishers and retail level; Knowledge of both media and non-media industries is essential; Microsoft Level – Advanced (Excel, Work and PowerPoint) Fluent in English; Code 8 driver’s license.

Other requirements: Must be able to work independently; Must have strong numerical analytical skills; Must have excellent communication skills; Must be able to meet scheduled deadlines; Must be able to travel; Appearance must always be professional, neat and presentable.
