Job Details: Senior Contracts Manager - URGENTLY required for Oil & Gas Company based in UAE. Candidates must have an Engineering / Business Administration Degree with 17 - 19 years of experience in tendering, finalization, administration and management of Contracts and in finalization of various Partnership Agreements. Must know how to manage all activities related to contractual, legal and commercial issues related to: Contracts with Clients Partnering agreements with potential partners; Exclusivity/tie-up arrangements with vendors/subcontractors, including, contractual terms and conditions with key potential vendors/subcontractors; Risk review process including, identification, mitigation and management of contractual/legal risks; during pre-qualification and bidding stage, and until award of the Contract. An excellent presentation and communication skill is a must.
