Legal Clerk (Collections), City Centre, Durban City. Well established legal firm requires legal clerks with collection experience to be part of our team in our Durban City office.

Duties; Legal collection's of outstanding debts per company policy. EAO/Garnishee employer activation's. Achieving and exceeding monthly collection targets. Negotiating to convert defaulters into paying settlements and payment plans. Handle and resolve client/debtor queries. Build relationships with Debtors/clients.

Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of the legal process of EAO/Garnishee process. Knowledge of the legal debt collection process (Sec.129 letters, Summons etc). Must have Min.2 years experience of solid debt collection position or similar. Must have strong communication and admin skills. Must be fully BI-LINGUAL (English, Zulu, Xhosa). Available immediately. Basic Salary; R5500.00 p/m + Incentives + Benefits.
