An accounting company based out of Westville is seeking a part time bookkeeper to join their team. The position will not be your typical desk bound, zero interaction, behind the scenes bookkeeping. You will be at our client's premises joining our outsourced financial management team where you will attend to the bookkeeping needs of our client's on site three days a week.

Responsibilities will include: Basic bookkeeping to balance sheet Preparation of VAT201, EMP201, EMP501 Assisting with accounting and consulting requirements. Assisting with statutory returns, income tax and DWT submissions Filtering client requests and assisting with client queries. General administration. Management Accounts: preparing these for our clients and potentially presenting them and interpreting the results.

We are looking for a pleasant, professionally presented person who is not afraid of tackling deadlines and problem solving. This person will be required to interact on a daily basis with both our team and clients directly.

Skills and qualifications required: Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level Own transport and driver's license is essential Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and management skills. Good command of both written and verbal English. Experience with accounting software.

Vending machine attendant, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. IVS is looking for a hard-working individual with high energy to join their team. The individual will restock and service vending machines in Stellenbosch and surrounding areas.

Requirements: Needs to stay in or near Stellenbosch. Own transport (drivers license). Able to work early/late hours.

Duties include, but are not limited to: keeping vending machines filled keeping up with detainee requests/issues related to our operations responding to breakdowns and repairs of vending machines preparing vending machines for new sites vending machine moves.

Helpful experience: Knowledge of vending machines, compressors & vending electronics. Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, making products look attractive on shelves, rotating product, cleaning shelves, replacing out of stocks, removing out of date products, etc.)

Operating equipment (pallet jacks, hand tools, breakdowns, etc.)

Benefits: Working hours are, to a certain extent, flexible. Position can be managed along with side studies or other work. Basic training is included.

The position provides a monthly salary, which will be discussed in the interview.
