Other, Northern Suburbs, Sales Administrator. A leading manufacturer of plastic homeware products in Cape Town is looking to appoint a suitable and energetic Sales administrator. This role will suit an experienced sales administrator who understands the dynamics of FMCG products within the retail and manufacturing environment.
Requirements: 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Own reliable Car and driver’s license. Computer Literate (Excel, ERP System). Reliable transport.
Key Performance Areas: Processing of Orders on ERP system. Customer Service and Customer queries. Invoicing. Internal Sales. Administration and data capturing. Allocate stock according to availability in line with client’s weekly demand/purchase. Setup and Maintaining of all new and current client info on company systems. Timeous and accurate information/document exchange between client and stakeholders/clients.
