Customer Service Advisor, Other, Cape Town. As a member of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, whilst delivering a market leading customer service/experience to increase the profitability of the business and remaining committed to treating our customers fairly and ensuring continuous delivery of customer service excellence.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Capita provides free transport home after 7pm within a 35km radius of your Site- Base. Basic Salary: R6500.
Shift Allowance: R650 – After 6pm Shifts. Shift allowance is payable once, shift –rooters are implemented and worked. Weekend Hero Bonus: R550.00. Weekend Hero Bonus is payable once shifts are implemented and worked; payable only if all weekend shifts have been worked (paid in arrears). Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of Basic Salary and many more Benefits.
Minimum requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate). Clear Criminal Record. 12 to 24 months International call centre experience. If you meet the requirements and you feel you are right for the job.
