Global E Commerce Company who service online gaming clients in Europe, UK, Canada and Australia need to hire a German Customer Support Agent (1ST Language German, but must be strong in English) who is able to work either 8-5pm / 9-6pm / 10-7pm) - no weekends. Working within a small team you will be dealing with customers via the telephone, email and web chat. We are looking for young, confident, professional individuals with good level of assertiveness when dealing with customers. You must be calm under pressure with fabulous time management skills. Clear credit and criminal record ESSENTIAL. CTC package Highly negotiable and dependent on exp. Minimum 1 years CS experience required.
