Responsibilities to handle incoming calls from billing hotline and email enquiries. To process all payments with high level of accuracy. Responsible for monthly deductions via credit cards. Assist the team to prepare invoices, debit or credit note for customers. Assist the Admin manager in handling customers’ feedback or any dispute on payments. 5.5 days work week Saturday is max once a month on roster. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and education requirements GCE O level and above.
Preferred skills experience with ACCPAC Window Version Accounting programs an advantage. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration and payments.
