Permanent Key Account Manager, Other, Northern Suburbs.
A leading manufacturer of plastic homeware products in Cape Town is looking to appoint a senior Key Account Manager. This role will suit an experienced sales and marketing executive who understands the dynamics of FMCG products within the retail and manufacturing environment.
Key Performance Areas: Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Develop relationships with clients. Act as the point of contact and handle positive customers’ individual needs. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. Report on the status of accounts and transactions. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements: 5 years + experience in a similar role. Able to deal at a senior level in the retail corporate environment. Grade 12 Own reliable Car Sales and marketing Certificate / Diploma / Degree. Computer Literate.
