Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Oversee payroll administration. Staff recruitment and selection. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Human resource planning and development. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Supervision. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. Policy and program experience. Workplace training and development.
