Lodge Anchor/Assistant Position, Malelane, Mpumalanga. Awesome 4 star lodge with restaurant requires a Lodge Anchor/Assistant. Mature all rounder with the following experience required:

Food Preparation/Practical Kitchen (This will be prime focus). Food & Beverage  Stock Control. General Duties - Maintenance, Gardens, Accommodation, Guest Relations, Staff Roster. This is a Live-In position. Single person 1 bedroom cottage. Must have a love for the hospitality industry and guest relations. Our logo "Where guests experience true hospitality"
