Procurement Officer, Male or Female

Job Role: To provide various Inventory Management Services related to stock control, procurement and supply of all types of production, engineering, drilling and general materials and equipment required for the operations.

Handling of complete replenishment cycle for all types of materials and includes identification of the needs to issue of purchase orders.

Responsible for availability of stock materials in right quality and quantity at the right time.

Propose work according to a commitment plan with proven targets for major commitments.

Prepares document/presentation and participates in different levels of Tender Opening committees and Tender Board Meeting.

Lead strategic sourcing efforts with Oil & Gas suppliers,

Understanding commodities, pricing, managing complex relationships with long term partners, and as well as managing complex data.

Requirement: Must have minimum of 6year experience within a similar supply chain organization in Oil & Gas industry.

Deep technical knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering process and strong ability to translate detailed technical documentation and drawings into commercial item requirements for procurement.

Knowledge of Middle East Oil & Gas Supplier is a must.

Sourcing, purchasing, risk management and vendor management experience.

Must be computer. Good Knowledge of spoken and written English Language. B.Sc Engineering or its equivalent. Possession of UAE Driving License is an advantage.
