Kitchen Manager, Location: Bo-Kaap, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Disciplined, Experienced Kitchen Manager wanted for boutique hotel, minimum 10+years of hospitality experience (no QSR please), ideal candidate will have small hotel, upmarket hospital, boarding house or similar experience.  Would suit mature person with no encumberments, willing to work industry hours and weekends. Must be able to handle all aspects of Kitchen admin(stock, rosters, etc).  This is not a creative roll and therefore requires someone willing and able to follow direct instructions as to the preparation and execution of all food served at the establishment, as per owners needs and specific requirements with traceable references and salary expectation.  Position available immediately.
