About the role: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Site Manager to work alongside our Site Manager in the daily operations of our seed processing and storage warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for safety, an inclusive leadership style and be committed to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager in overseeing site operations. Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and implement safety measures. Monitor DIFOT metrics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Supervise and train warehouse staff to uphold company standards. Conduct safety risk assessments regularly and address any issues promptly. Assist with inventory management. ?Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills: Experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in agriculture. Strong understanding of OHS regulations and safety practices. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong organisational and communication skills. Data analysis and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software. Forklift license and first aid certificate are desirable.
