Senior Graphic Designer in Dubai
Designs, lays out and conceptualizing corporate Visual identity Guidelines.
Provides design for different publications and artwork for the companys marketing tools such as slide presentations, newsletters, signs, flyers, brochures, directories, maps, posters, billboards, displays and illustrations.
Constantly enhancing the companys current marketing tools and collaterals.
Conceptualizing the companys website based on the new business mission and vision.
Focal point for all the marketing tools needed by the Sales and even Technical team.
Preparing annual marketing budget in line with the annual sales plan. Lead creative brainstorming sessions.
Maintain and monitor standards for respective brands and sub-brands.
Interface with internal departments, clients and vendors. Stay current with design trends, techniques and vendor product and capabilities.
Plan, design and create complex, conceptual campaigns and high-profile design projects. Cultivate a creative and collaborative environment to inspire design and build cohesive teams.
Mentor, coach and train employees on design and production. Assist HR Department with interviewing and making hiring recommendations.
Promote best practices: regularly evaluate processes, adhere to procedures. Be an active member of the Management team. Fully understand department processes and procedures. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Min. Requirement:
At least 3 or 5 year degree in Graphic Design or related field.
At least 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience. Degree in Marketing is a must.
Experience managing and designing for multiple brands.
Portfolio is required.
Advanced knowledge of production: write and coach others to write complex specs, incorporate printing and binding techniques, die cuts, varnishes, coatings, foils, embosses and specialty papers, troubleshoot files, postscript problems, prepress, press and bindery issues.
Advanced communication, mentoring, motivation and teaching skills. Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Process oriented and strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Advanced knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator ,Dreamweaver, Flash and Premier on Mac platform Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Advanced writing, organizational and computer skills. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
UAE Drivers license.
