Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting with tenders. Measurement of works as per the Standard Systems. Preparation of Monthly valuation claims. Preparation of Final Accounts. Identify & pricing of variations. Manage & control sub-contractor packages. Monitoring & reporting on project budgetary allowances. Desired Experience & Qualification. Btech QS or BSc(Hons)QS 2 years work experience. Computer literate (MS Office suite & MS Projects). Knowledge of the JBCC. Driver's license and own car Afrikaans & English (Speak & write fluently). Package & Remuneration. Market related depending on experience and qualifications.
