Junior Food Safety Officer Required, Edenvale, East Rand. Company Name: Diamond Bakes pty ltd. We are currently looking for a food safety officer or administrator in the baking sector.

Duties and Responsibilities: Document control. Responsible for procedures and monitoring forms and documents. Sorting, sorting and Retrieving electronic and hardcopy documents. Producing document progress reports. Conducting internal audits. labelling templates and spec sheets. Communication at key times to facillate food safety.

Skills: Good communication skills, thoroughness and attention to detail. Able to work well with others, computer literacy.

Qualifications: national diploma in food safety technology, minimum 1 year experience in food safety management, HACCP experience will be an advantage.
