IT Support Technician - East London. Location: East London, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. A+ N+ (MCSE advantageous). Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience. Computer, Network (LAN, WLAN & WAN), Printer & Server experience (ISP, VOIP & CCTV experience advantageous). Drivers license essential. Customer Service skills essential. Duties: Telephonic, remote and on-site support. Computer/Server hardware and software support. Network, telecoms and CCTV installations. Take ownership of incidents/requests, projects and installations from start to finish. Designing, quoting, procuring and deploying IT Solutions. Salary - market related.
