Your Role Manage end-to-end recruitment with urgency. Ensure compliance, qualification checks, and deadlines are met. Communicate mobilization details to personnel promptly. Handle recruitment administration—screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure 100% compliance and maintain accurate reporting. Think on your feet and provide quick solutions to unexpected challenges. Work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities. Availability for after-hours and weekend work as required.
What we’re looking for Experience in recruitment, mobilization, or administration within the resources sector. Strong skills in Microsoft 365 Suite. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset—the ability to think ahead and problem-solve fast. Highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills—ability to liaise with clients and candidates. Ability to priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work with urgency. Must be based in the Perth metro area. Willing to consider sponsorship for the right candidate.
