Location: Somerset West, Helderberg, Job Type: Full-Time. Event Sales Assistant Required. Company: Downing Event Hire Area: Somerset West (Candidate must reside in either Somerset West/Strand/Gordons Bay). We are looking for an industry experienced and compassionate lady with the following criteria: 5+ years events supervisory experience or experience in a similar industry – event hiring, event coordination and/or hospitality. Ability to understand the principles of sales, customer interaction and telephone etiquette. Experience in telesales and marketing would have an advantage.

Personal/Other Criteria: Self-motivated, proactive, independent woman who loves a challenge and unafraid of a busy office environment. Positive attitude and friendly behavior. Effective communication and customer relationship skills. Effective computer literate skills. Strong time management skills. Own car and valid driver license.
