Location: Kenilworth, Southern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. An experienced and competent Financial Administrator required for in patient substance abuse treatment facility in Kenilworth. Must have experience in Finance Administration (preferably medical), and have an in depth working knowledge of: Sage Accounting, Sage Payroll and HR Payroll, MS Excel, PAYE calculations/returns, VAT calculations/returns, Medical Aid Claims, FNB Online Enterprise platform. Debt collecting.
Is required to: control and manage budgeting and cash flow maintain all financial records and data bases process quotes and invoices manage all client finance and admin portfolios review and process reimbursements control the purchase of goods and payment of services identify and address account discrepancies have excellent IT skills work with a high degree of own initiative and decision making have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate have excellent time management and organisational skills have the ability to delegate be on call out of hours for finance clearance/payments and to send quotes liaise and interact with clients and families be fluent in English - both spoken and written.
